Project Scope:
Generating traffic and reach is becoming ever more expensive for most websites. One of the leading German internet companies turned to aquarius to completely redesign their eDialogue processes across their six company internet websites with the aim to increase the number of repeat visitors and to reduce the cost of generating traffic accroos the whole group.

Approach:
aquarius analysed the existing eDialogue processes, target customer segments and competitive landscape. aquarius then developed a new edialogue concept for each of the websites as well as for cross website synergies. This included identifying the technical enhancements necessary to implement the changes

Deliverable:
Newly designed eDialogue concept generating a significantly cheaper cost of acquisition per new user through synergies between websites of the same internet group

Results:
The traffic on the websites increased significantly and the number of on-site registrations doubled, this represents an ROI of several million Euros for the client.
