New: aquarius sales

aquarius sales is the name of the new business section of aquarius consulting. It is responsible for the digital potential hidden in the sales processes of our customers. This section is headed by Marc Ritter, 42, who has been working in Internet sales manager positions with media companies as well as with traditional manufacturers and service providers since 1995.

Our customers benefit from the fact that aquarius sales analyses the essential four pillars of sales management according to their digital potential, and then initiates and implements changes:

  • Sales organisation
    Solve channel conflicts; solve interfaces between off and online sales.
  • Sales management
    Implement, manage and control KPIs, manage partners and sales representatives.
  • Sales information
    Collect key figures from a company, its competition and its market and make them available.
  • Sales relationships
    Acquire, maintain and foster the most important relationships.

As the founder of aquarius consulting, I am particularly pleased that we have now created the fifth business unit at the request of our customers. It shows that digitalisation is penetrating further and further into the processes of the organisation.
